The make-believe life of Quinoa, of the wildly popular Pinterest board, "My Imaginary Well-Dressed Toddler Daughter," is spilling over into real life.

Despite the fashionable series of "cobbled together" spreads, ads and adventures, the super-stylish character, Quinoa seems to have met her style match in the very real, well-groomed 5-year-old toddler, Alonso Mateo. According to Huffington Post, the ultra-modish little man met up with her for brunch in the visual narrative told by multi-faceted freelance writer, Tiffany Beveridge.

Mateo, a fashion regular on Instagram for more than a year now who was featured on CNN on Tuesday morning, is the son of California-based stylist, Luisa Fernanda Espinosa. He knows how to strike and nail a pose with a veteran-like cool, wearing striped cardigans, rolled-up blazers, aviator shades, combat boots and everything else that screams style.

He met Quinoa in the fiction tale under the name, "Ridley" in a camel blazer, red gingham button-down and skinny jeans. Apparently, 'He was unhappy to learn that the bistro's chicken nuggets were not free range."

The board explores Quinoa's made-up life as a baby fashionista, who "[poses] on speedboats and hangs out with a BFF named Chevron" and has other friends like Fendi, Hugo and Dolce, according to New York's The Cut.

Beveridge pairs photos of actual on-trend toddlers and high-fashion child models with words of advice and wisdom from Quinoa. She once said, "If you're going to wear an oversized coat, wear oversized glasses to balance it out."

Another gem: "Know what really gets Quinoa down in the dumps? Pleather."

The likeable character, who is going through phases including a "Helena Bonham Carter" moment that her mother hopes she will grow out of soon, looks like Audrey Hepburn at times.

The board of the girl with a wardrobe that seems to trump that of Victoria Beckham has almost 40,000 followers, according to the Daily Mail.

The idea came from Beveridge's frustration with perusing girl clothes and not being able to buy any given that she has two sons and no daughter. With that, she invented the modish baby maven for a hilarious and cute visual adventure on the social site.
