Taylor Lautner is proving to be an action junkie, doing his own stunts on the set of his upcoming film, "Tracers."

The 21-year-old actor, who is sporting a fake arm tattoo for the movie with actress Marie Avgeropoulos, is busy leaping and jumping during thrilling stunts on the New York City set. He is also sporting a new goatee and lifting up his shirt in the thriller, according to Entertainment Tonight.

The "Twilight" actor plays Cam, a bike messenger who is "wanted by the mafia and escapes the world of parkour after meeting a beautiful stranger." According to IMDB, the film is directed by Daniel Benmayor and will hit theaters next year.

In related news, Lautner will serve as the 2013-13 Global Benchsetter for Bench Clothing's upcoming campaign, according to JustJared Jr. 

He appeared in a "variety of action poses" while wearing the brand's apparel in the recent photo shoot, reported ABS CBN News. He joins several other brand ambassadors including Lucy Hale, Adam Levine and Liam Hemsworth.
