Donatella Versace has been busy, with letting her mind wander to fantastic places of fashion with her reimagined and recently revealed "Versus Versace" collection featuring a new charcoal mini dress that explores the ins and outs of sexiness.

The look ties together leg-baring feminine power with "maximum attitude," making it an iconic one that forecasts fashion's more daring, risk-taking future, according to Versace's Twitter page

The renegade brand is testing fashion's boundaries with the reenvisioned new leg of their designer journey, "Versus," which Versace debuted a little less than two weeks ago in New York City, according to the Daily Beast

After last year's departure of Christopher Kane, who helmed the "cool kids" line since 2009, Versace decided to rework the "label's dynamic." She created a fresh "Versus" collection, and enlisted the help of Kane's devoted follower, J.W. Anderson, to collaborate with her for a separate three-part collection. Anderson detailed how much forging ahead with the line means to him.

"When I was younger, I was obsessed by the [Versus] imagery," he said to the Daily Beast, bringing to life an assemblage of "tough-luxe, topsy-turvy designs" underscoring the brand's key historical details including safety pins and slashes.

The mini dress shows off those kind of embellishments.

The line's mainstay, created without Anderson's guidance, is fraught with "modern silhouettes" commingled with a 1990's influence. It includes everything from studded leather to chunky gold chains.
