Beauty is not the only thing that fades...love does, too.

In the case of fueding former twosome, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, it fades and turns into a bitter divorce battle with a $10 million pricetag. Both actors are making headlines for an ensuing fight over the eight-figure sum, which Moore said should be hers for the taking, according to Contact Music.

The extremely large sum of money is one half of Kutcher earnings from his investment firm. The "Two and a Half Men" star announced the technology startup - a partnership with Madonna's manager Guy Oseary and billionaire Ron Burkle - earlier this month with an estimated value of $100 million.

And Moore wants a piece of her soon-to-be ex hubby's spoilings.

But, Kutcher, whose stake in the firm is worth $20 million, wants to keep everything and insists he made the millions after they parted ways.

"Ashton and Demi are still not divorced, and no settlement has been agreed upon, even though they have been in negotations for over a year," said a source to the New York Post. "Ashton made a lot of money after they married, but he doesn't believe he owes her as much as she is asking for."

The former lovebirds announced thier split in November 2011 after a six-marriage marriage. The unlikely pairing was interesting for a number of reasons including their considerable age difference - Kutcher is 35 and Moore is 50.

But somewhere, things went south. Kutcher, who is currently dating his 70's show co-star Mila Kunis, just filed for divorce in December. Why the couple waited so long to get their divorce proceedings rolling and are dragging it out remains a mystery though many suspect some uncertainity on their parts, naturally.
