A new baby boy, a new position as a judge on a hit TV show, and now a new fragrance.  Shakira is one busy new mom!  The singer and celebrity judge on NBC's 'The Voice' recently launched her first fragrance, 'S' by Shakira.

'S' by Shakira's fragrance is categorized as a transparent oriental.  Like it's namesake, it is a sensual, bright and feminine fragrance.  The top notes consist of Citrus from Italy as well as Peach and Passion Fruit Chord.  This exotic freshness reflects Shakira's spontaneous spirit.  The middle notes contain Sambac Jasmine, Gardenia, and Cinnamon to give the scent warmth.  The base notes include Sandalwood, Vanilla, Amber, and Musk for a touch of the exotic.  'S' by Shakira is inspired by Shakira's natural light.  Full of energy, sensuality, and good vibrations, 'S' by Shakira bottles the singer's essence and what makes her unique.

Available in 50ml and 80ml, the 'S' by Shakira bottle is soft and feminine in design.  The bottle consists of treated glass, which reflects light from different angles.  The bottle also has no top, symbolic of Shakira, who often goes barefoot.  "I wanted the bottle to be something that could contain a dream.  Solid like the perfume bottles of the past, yet with a light feel," explained the star.  "And it comes with something special.  The charm with the 'S' on it represents an amulet of happiness that I wanted to share," said Shakira.

'S' by Shakira is also available as a spray deodorant and is now being sold alongside the fragrance at Sephora.  Have you tried 'S' by Shakira?  Let us know your thoughts on this new fragrance from the star in the comments below.
