River Island announced the launch of the Blogger Design Project, which is an exclusive range of accessories. Designed by fashion and lifestyle bloggers Coco’s Tea Party, Fashion Foie Gras, Five Five Fabulous and Mademoiselle Robot, the collection is scheduled to go on sale in October.

All bloggers have designed an iPad case, iPhone cover, tote bag and greetings card each in coordination with the buying and design team of River Island. All four bloggers who feature in the project are popular and have created a name for themselves in the industry.

Launched in 2006, Coco’s Tea Party is run by a London-based fashion journalist and stylist, Ella Gregory. Gregory documents the latest magazine covers and reports the latest trends on the runway and Hollywood.

Another blogger, Reem Kanj founded Five Five Fabulous in 2009. It consists of a number of food reviews, travel experience, and style details written by her and her sister Natalya Kanj. Reem has designed the iPad case.

Fashion Foie Gras, also founded in 2009, is a site where style and fashion are reported round the clock. Founder Emily Johnston’s signature ‘goose wearing heels’ logo has been incorporated in the designs of the tote bag and the iPhone case which can also be used as a purse.

Laetitia Wajapel founded her blog, Mademoiselle Robot, in 2007. It focuses on fashion and lifestyle in London through the eyes of a Parisian. It talks about the runway shows, styles and trends, interviews and fashion events.

The accessories will be available in select stores of River Island as well as their online store.

It features a vast collection of apparel, footwear, and accessories like handbags and wallets, sunglasses, jewelry, watches and cosmetics for men, women and children. The collection is very fashion-forward and enviable. It carries an array of stylish and chic footwear right from peep toes and bellies to very classy boots.
