The halter top outfit was also embellished with the brand's distinctive signature crosses. Kardashian completed the ensemble with a smokey eye makeup and bombshell updo reminiscent of the 1990s.

Serena Williams

Renowned tennis icon Serena Williams received this year's CFDA Fashion Icon award. She dazzled the audience in a bespoke black Thom Browne sequined gown adorned with gigantic statement sleeves.

To further elevate the chic and elegant look, the ensemble was accessorized with an exquisite floral necklace, shimmering drop pearl earrings, and flawlessly manicured white-painted nails.

Lola Tung

Lola Tung, "The Summer I Turned Pretty" breakout star, made a striking impression in a Balmain Naked Illusion dress elegantly matched with nude pumps.

The dress exuded a mesmerizing allure, resembling a radiant and dazzling chandelier in its essence. Her ensemble was perfected with dazzling drop earrings and a flawlessly sophisticated updo, adding a refined touch to her overall style.

Emma Chamberlain

Social media influencer Emma Chamberlain channeled her inner Wednesday Addams as she wore a stunning black Thom Browne dress that gave her a mysterious, dark charm. Her selection was a bold combination of the epitome of high fashion with an edgy grunge vibe.

Madelyn Cline

Actress Madelyn Cline, who gained popularity from her role in the Netflix series "Outer Banks," made her red carpet debut at the CFDA Fashion Awards.

She looked stunning in a gown designed by the prestigious fashion house Oscar de la Renta, which was adorned with a plethora of magnificent jewels. Cline added a touch of refinement to her overall appearance by accessorizing a tastefully styled updo that accentuated the outfit's charm.

Saweetie

Chart-topping rapper and singer Saweetie walked the red carpet with confidence, wearing a gown made entirely of intricately woven straw, an incredible creation by CULT GAIA.

The avant-garde choice deviated from the typical red carpet dresses, illustrating originality and creativity. The musician accessorized the dress with diamond jewelry. Her features were also emphasized with a lustrous touch by her glossy makeup.

The inaugural CFDA Fashion Awards ceremony first took place in 1981. Since then, the prestigious event, often dubbed the "Oscars of Fashion," has been honoring and showcasing outstanding accomplishments in the field of fashion design.
