After celebrity manicurist Elle polished up Khloe Kardashian's digits in a super cute shade of pink, we had to get the nail pro's thoughts on how to style our talons and toes this summer. Check out what three color combos Elle recommends for stylish fun in the sun.

Tangerine and Nude

This combo reminds us of peaches and cream. A mani-pedi that's inspired by a delicious dessert? Sounds pretty sweet! "Combining a classic nude with a bright pop of orange is an easy way to keep your look timeless while staying on trend for the summer season," Elle said.

"To get the look, balance a bright neon tangerine," she recommended. Elle suggests using Dermelect 'ME' Nail Lacquer in "Head Turner" ($14) on the toes with a neutral flesh tone manicure shade, like Trust Fund Beauty in shade "I Had It First" ($15).

Mint and Lime

Mint is crisp, cool and compliments any skin tone. Who would have thought to pair it with a vibrant shade of green? "For the particularly daring, dipping toenails into a lime lacquer is just what's needed for some poolside glam," Elle dished. "And what does lime pair best with? Mint, of course," she said.

For this look Elle uses Dermelect 'ME' Nail Lacquer in "All The Envy" to create bright, neon toes. For the soft mint shade she opts for Trust Fund Beauty in color "Hollywood Hipster" on fingernails. "This is a mojito-inspired combo. You can even step up your game by adding some nail art or an accent tip in lime," Elle added.

Navy and Pale Yellow

Ready to combine the classy and the chic? "Sometimes summer's natural colors speak for themselves. Go for a chic, understated seaside color combo like deep navy and pale yellow," Elle suggested.

The celebrity manicurist recommends using Trust Fund Beauty in "Got Yacht" and Dermelect 'ME' Nail Lacquer in "Lazy Daze." "What's great about this combo is that either shade works for the fingers or toes," the nail guru said.

Elle also added that navy and yellow are, "A great option for women who like to stay within a more classic shade palette regardless of the season."
