Looking to do something for Halloween that lets you use your own hair? Consider the latest look from Marc Jacobs for Fall/Winter 2014.

Now of course this is a high fashion, super cool look, but we couldn't help but get a sort of Halloween vibe from this hair!  The braids are part fantasy, part sinister, part very bad school girl.

The beauty genius behind this runway hair was Guido, Redken Creative Consultant. The look is easy to achieve and once paired with a fun temporary hair spray color, cape, and dramatic makeup, you'll be ready for October 31st in no time.

In order to counter the more sophisticated collection this season, Guido opted for a hairstyle reminiscent of grammar school and cartoon characters. Feeling inspired yet?

Redken Creative Consultant Guido kept the hair simple and youthful for Marc by Marc Jacobs with two tight clean braids that were slightly disheveled by black headbands.

Jagged, messy partings and Redken's new flex texturizers gave the style a rebellious edge, making it clear to the bystander that the Marc girl is not your typical girl next door.

Here's how to get the look:

Apply flex shape factor 22 ($15) sculpting cream-paste to damp hair from root to ends. Then begin to rough dry the hair with your fingers.

Create a messy center part down the center and divide your hair into two sections.

Apply pillow proof blowdry ($22) two day extender from mid-lengths to ends for added texture.

Then braid your hair hair tightly on each side and fasten the ends with an elastic.

Next, place a black headband behind your ears.

Pull some loose pieces around the face for an undone finish.

And that's it! Feeling this look? Let us know with a note below!
