Kelly Rowland Reveals Beyoncé's Reaction to 'Dirty Laundry' [VIDEO], Singer Spills Details on Tearful Performance

There has been a lot of media attention surrounding former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland following the release of her single "Dirty Laundry" from her upcoming album, "Talk a Good Game."

The singer recently revealed her reason for going public with the intimate details of her life and addressed how Beyoncé reacted to the release of her single. The song talked about the jealously she had toward Mrs. Carter and her successful solo career as well as an abusive relationship.

Perez Hilton reported that the singer appeared on a radio station where she discussed the content of the song. Rowland stopped by a Washington radio station where she chatted with Kelson of 93.9 WKYS about "Dirty Laundry."

She told the station that "It was a form of therapy and I feel like everybody has their version of Dirty Laundry. And it's nothing to be ashamed of because you're supposed to grown and learn from it like I did.

"It was the place that I was in...I was so young. My head was completely gone. That's what happened with my sister. What matters to me most is what we have. I'm so grateful for what we have as sisters...away from Destiny's Child."

When the station asked the singer about Beyoncé's reaction to her song she said the diva had nothing but positive things to say.

"It was endearing. It was, 'I never left,' which was so sweet! Yeah, it was endearing and it was real. She was just like 'I'm so proud of you."

Rowland recently gave an emotional performance, where she broke down in tears while performing "Dirty Laundry." She spoke to radio station about her emotions getting the best of her.

"It's really weird when you take yourself in front of a crowd. Even in that moment of when I put my feet up, I felt like I was in therapy. I was singing and talking about what happened, and for a moment, it was like that crowd wasn't even there.

"And then when the music stopped...I was like 'You are live Kel. Calm down.' And I had to calm down, and in the moment, I had to breathe.

"You get lost...and it's nothing wrong with getting lost. But that was weird. That won't happen again though [laughs]. I felt like I could do that with D.C."
