Khloé Kardashian is still at the center of speculation rumors with ex-husband Lamar Odom, however, the reality star is sparking new romance rumors after being spotted out on a late night dinner date with former Lakers player Rick Fox.

E! Online reports that Kardashian and Fox were spotted arriving separately at Casa Vega in Shermak Oaks, Calif., at approximately 11:45 p.m. and weren't spotted leaving the Mexican restaurant until 1:30 a.m.

As Kardashian and Fox exited the popular restaurant, a paparazzo asked the former Lakers star whether or not there was any romantic connection between the duo, to which Fox simply replied, "Khloé's a good friend."

The news comes on the heels of reports that Kardashian is still seeing on-again, off-again boyfriend French Montana in addition to rumors that suggest Kardashian is reconciling with estranged husband Lamar Odom.

Kardashian has dispelled rumors that she and Montana are serious, telling the site last year that she and the rapper are just "hanging out," noting, "I don't think there's a title on anything."

The news comes only a few days after Kardashian posted a cryptic Instagram message that fans believe was a message to Odom.

The post read, "I thought of moving on, Until one day, Someone asked me, 'If you had one wish, what would it be?' And the first thing I thought of, Was to waste that wish on you."

Kardashian and Odom have been back-and-forth regarding their divorce proceedings ever since Kardashian filed for separation from her husband over a year ago. While sources close to the couple reveal that neither Kardashian nor Odom are ready to finalize their divorce, they remain separated, with both parties making headlines regarding potential new love interests.

During an interview with E!, Kardashian revealed that she still loves her ex despite their reluctancy to get back together.

"I will never ever not love Lamar ... I'm so obsessed with Lamar in a great, healthy way. He was my husband, and I still wish he was, and, you know, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, but there's nothing I can do. Lamar has to do things in order to change that aspect. Yeah, if I had my way, I'd be married to Lamar in two seconds," she admitted.
