Almost 15 years after the box office smash "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" hit theaters, creator Nia Vardalos and John Corbett will reunite for a sequel! Vardalos already wrote the script, which will be "bigger and fatter" than the first. Will you go see it?

Vardalos, who plays main character Toula Portokalos, confirmed the news via twitter.

"Now that I'm experiencing motherhood, I'm ready to write the next chapter of my family story. Of course a few jaded folks in the press corps will claim I ran out of money or just want to kiss John Corbett again. One of these things is true," she wrote.

The sequel will reveal a new family secret and feature a new wedding. We bet this will be huge!

"My Big Fat Greek Wedding," which grossed $241 million and earned Vardalos an Oscar nod for best screenplay, centers on Corbett's non-Greek character Ian Miller falling in love with Portokalos. It spawned a one season TV spin-off series "My Big Fat Greek Life."

Producer Rita Wilson will rejoin the production team, though no director has been named yet. Entities include Playtone, HBO, and Gold Circle, with Good Universe handling international sales.

Last April Vardalos, who is married to "Cougar Town" star Ian Gomez, penned a book "Instant Mom" where she described her struggle to have children and adopting her daughter Ilaria.

"I'm a private person, who doesn't relish making her personal life public," she told PEOPLE.

"I kept so much of what I went through quiet because of my feelings of failure. But now I realize that's truly ridiculous and I feel a responsibility to use my big fat mouth to talk about this issue."
