It seems that Kim Kardashian is desperate to lose those last few pounds as she gets closer to her wedding date to Kanye West.

Apparently North West's engaged mom has decided to go into "extreme dieting mode" in order to get down to her goal weight ahead of her extravagant nuptials.

According to Entertainment Wise, the "Keeping Up with The Kardashians" star has already lost an impressive fifty pounds after giving birth to her baby girl North with the help of the Atkins diet.

However, it seems that the Kardashian Kollection designer has decided to, get back on the diet and is refusing to drink anything but water until she drops those last 5lbs.

The 33-yeaar-old who is set to marry the "Bound 2" rapper next month in Paris and is determined to lose her last bit of weight.

A source told OK! Magazine, "She doesn't really drink, but she likes a glass of red wine with dinner and coffee in the morning but her Atkins mania won't allow her those anymore. She won't even have a sip."

Kim Kardashian is apparently back on a high-protein diet and has been eating meals consisting mainly of lean protein and green vegetables to help her lose weight.

Despite her determination the season 9 reality star is worried that she will slip up with her diet, so she makes sure her assistant has healthy snacks just in case.

The insider revealed, "Her assistant has a bag of celery sticks with her at all times."

Now that May 24th is a little more than a month a way the brunette is now working out five times a week and has tossed all carbohydrates like bread and pasta from her house.

A source revealed, "She'll eat veggies, but no noodles, rice or bread. It shocks her body. It's the only way to get the weight off. She does 100 squats each morning to lift her booty."
