It looks like we will be seeing the signature, "Don't Stop Believin'" song performed during the 100th episode of "Glee."

According to E! News, this song will wrap up the New Directions and serve as the series' catalyst into a solely New York storyline, goodbye Lima! Featured on the track will be the likes of Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison and more of the cast.

In addition to the famous Journey song on Tuesday, we will also see the new direction perform "I Am Changing" from "Dreamgirls" along with "Glee" original hit song, "Loser Like Me" and many other tunes.

Guest stars Dianna Agron and Mark Salling will also be performing "Just Give Me a Reason" originally sung by Pink Feat Nate Ruess.

On March 25, 2014, fans can look forward to the release of "Glee: The Music, Celebrating 100 Episodes" which will be an album following the milestone episode.
