Following the death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith, "Glee" season 5 cast member Lea Michele released her debut album "Louder" where she dedicated a few songs to her late beau.

According to Just Jared, the Fox star recently released the song touching song "If You Say So," which is a tribute to the fallen star and was reportedly the last words he ever said to her.

The 27-year-old talked about the song in V Magazine. She explained, "It's the only song that no one's heard. I can't talk about it until people hear it. I just feel like people should hear it and I don't know if I'm ever going to talk about it.

"It's just one of those things where I understand what it means and you can take it or leave it. That song is for me."

The sad balled Michele belts the words, "I check my phone and wait to hear from you in a crowded room."

She continued, "I thought we would grow old/Mirrors in the smoke/Left me here to choke."
