Lea Michele is branching away from her Rachel Berry character and stripping down for a sexy shoot with V Magazine.

According to Us Weekly, the "Glee" season 5 star posed in a racy photo shoot for the spring issue of the publication with photographer Terry Richardson.

The "Cannonball" singer sat down to talk about many things including her dead boyfriend Cory Monteith in the story titled, "Lea the Brave."

The gorgeous brunette wore a skimpy blue Vionnet bodysuit which she pulled down around her hip to reveal a small tattoo of a bird. While in another shot she wore a black DKNY bodysuit and Christian Louboutin heels.

Despite her sexy look in the shoot Michele revealed that her closest pals look at her very differently compared to the rest of the world.

She revealed, "My friends call me Grandma, but, like, Grandma's killing it right now. I'm pretty sure Grandma nailed it in a half-naked Terry Richardson shoot, okay?"

She continued, "So I'm fine with it. I just do my thing. I do what's best for me. That's it. I don't like things that other people like," adding, "I don't like clubs or crazy, loud music.

"I don't drink a lot, and maybe that makes me boring, but I'd rather be in bed watching Homeland with my cat, Sheila, eating a sandwich."

The 27-year-old enjoys her quiet nights in following the tragic death of her 31-year-old boyfriend Cory Monteith. Since his passing the Fox star has counted on friends like Kate Hudson and Stevie Nicks.

She explained her friendship with the Fleetwood Mac singer, "There were people who were like, 'I am not f---ing leaving your side, and that, for me, was Stevie," adding, "She's like a fairy.

"She's given me so many gifts along the way, and when I say gifts, I mean tools and advice and support."

The Bronx native continued, "She told me from the beginning that music is going to be [my] therapy, and at the time, I was like, 'What the f--k are you talking about, Stevie Nicks? I don't want to listen to music. I can't do anything.'"

However, she said, "But once you get out a little bit of the tunnel, when you slowly start to feel like you can be yourself a little bit, it does help. It's so cool I have her number."

Lea Michele's spring issue of V Magazine hits shelves on February 27.
