It looks like Kendall and Kylie Jenner can officially call themselves writers as the teens released the first look of their new book cover for their young-adult novel together.

According to E! News, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars first announced the book last summer but now the piece is in the finishing stages.

The cover of the new book, titled "Rebels: City of Indra," features an artistic piece of work with an aerial view of a futuristic city with a woman's eye at the top of the cover as the reflection of a female body succumbing to a beam of light is seen through it.

The publisher revealed that the novel presents "a thrilling dystopian story about two super-powered girls, Lex and Livia, who embark on a journey together, not realizing their biggest danger might be each other."

Kendall Jenner explained, "Kylie and I love the creative challenge and are thrilled to have been given the opportunity to share this story."

Kylie added, "We can't wait to share these characters and the world we created with readers everywhere. We are so excited!"

Karen Hunter, who is the publisher of Karen Hunter Publishing said, "The story that Kendall and Kylie crafted is a thrill ride-one that their fans and fans of this genre won't be able to put down."

Back in 2012 the 16-year-old and 18-year-old brunettes revealed that they were collaborating with co-writer Maya Sloane on the science-fiction story "set 200 years in the future."

Kendall revealed, "We want to do something so different, something that we really love."

Fans can pick up "Rebels: City of Indra" by Kendall and Kylie Jenner when it is released on June 3rd.

Surprisingly the Instagram and Twitter loving sisters only mentioned the book and have yet to post the new cover on their social media accounts.
