"Glee" season 5 episode 3 "The Quarterback" is set to premiere on Thursday and it is said to be a tear jerker.

Cory Monteith's real life girlfriend Lea Michele's full cover of Bob Dylan's "Make You Feel My Love," which will be featured in the October 10th tribute episode to her late boyfriend, surfaced online Sunday, October 6th, according to Us Weekly.

The emotional ballad clearly features Michele's true feelings as she can be heard at times weeping throughout the song.

The episode that is an ode to both Monteith and his character, football player Finn Hudson also features songs from fellow cast mates including Big Sean's fiancé Naya Rivera covering "If I Die Young," Chord Overstreet and Kevin McHale singing "Fire & Rain," and Mark Salling belting out "No Surrender."

Not only will it serve as a difficult episode for "Glee" fans but the show's co-creator Ryan Murphy told The Wrap that the stars of the series also struggled to film as they were forced to relive the tragedy of their dead co-star.

Murphy said, "Almost everything in that episode is from the first take of every performance, because the actors and the crew had a really hard time shooting it."

He added, "I've never seen a crew where you can't continue shooting because they left the room sobbing."

He explained, "It was very hard, and I struggled even working on it, because you're seeing what they felt about not just Finn [Hudson, Monteith's character], but Cory. So I think it's amazing performances across the board, and everybody went into it with a lot of love."

Murphy noted that it was "very rough" for Michele, who was forced to mourn her dead boyfriend both on and off screen.

"People are still not over it," he said about the 31-year-old actor who was found dead on July 13th due to a fatal mix of heroin and alcohol.

"It's still very, very difficult," Ryan Murphy said.
