"Revenge" season 3 is back and following the episode 1 "Fear" premiere everyone wants to know who shot Emily Thorne. Well we have some juicy spoilers about the shooter from Emily VanCamp herself.

One fact we do know is that we will not find out who shot our favorite socialite until the mid-season finale. An identity that not even the actors on the show knew until recently.

The actress spoke with Entertainment Weekly Radio on Sirius XM 105 about that quick blast into the future where she is shot.

VanCamp said, "It was a really interesting thing to shoot to because I say 'I'm sorry.' And I said to them, 'Who am I saying sorry to? That changes everything. The delivery of that line depends on me knowing who shoots me.'"

At the time, the writers told the actress that they didn't know the shooter yet and the actress admitted that the cast has just learned the gunman's identity.

She teased, "It could be many, many different people and we've just found out who it is. I think it's going to be really, really surprising."

According to Wetpaint, the new showrunner Sunil Nayar's chatted with TVLine and was asked if the mid-season finale would end abruptly with the shooting. Sunil said, "You may get a little bit of information beyond the shooting."

As for "Revenge" season 3 episode 2 "Sin" spoilers, Nayar spilled about Victoria's and Aiden's new alliance. He said, "She really wants him to prove his fidelity," he continured, "because what a great ally he would be.

"They're both trying to feel each other out. It's fun to watch two people start to dance when neither one knows who's leading and neither one trusts their partner."

He explained that fans will not have to really guess about the extent of the relationship between Victoria and Aiden.

When speaking about Aiden he said, "He will state at the beginning of Episode 2 exactly what his opinions are about Emily, and you will see what he's planning to do."

So now that Aiden is out to get our beloved Emily he joins our list of "who done it?"
