Catalog Spree, the personalized digital mall that lets beauty junkies discover and shop their fave brands on the iPhone and iPad, has launched a new mobile beauty department with lookbooks for Sephora, Beauty.com and Avon.
Every beauty lover can get their fix with special peeks at products from not only those trio of names, but Bliss and The Body Shop as well. There's even a cool Catalog Spree-branded Beauty Fall 2013 Lookbook, which includes other top makeup brands like Benefit, Bobbi Brown, MARC Jacobs, NARS,Yves Saint Laurent and more.
Adding more lookbooks from these name brands into Catalog Spree now makes products easily accessible to iPhone and iPad users. "Many e-commerce retailers, especially those in beauty, don't print or have limited distribution of traditional paper catalogs due to costs," explained Joaquin Ruiz, Catalog Spree's CEO. "With Spree Studio, Catalog Spree is removing that barrier by easily creating gorgeous beautiful lookbooks that deliver an engaging shopping experience."
Catalog Spree offers a one-stop shopping experience, and allows users to even share all the items and lookbooks they love with other users. Catalog Spree CEO's Joaquin Ruiz said using the service allows you to go beyond the "search-find-buy" mentality of online shopping and offers a chance to window shop from the convenience of your phone or computer.
For instance, Avon aficionados can shop the app for mark lipsticks and lip glosses like the Make It Rich Lip Color, a "super-smooth" pencil with Citric Acid that provides intense, full-coverage color on Catalog Spree. Beauty.com buffs can browse a strong line-up of products too on the app. Our faves include the Origins Ginger Souffle Whipped Body Cream with tangy Ginger, skin-nourishing Olive, Grape Seed, Rice Bran and Apricot Kernal Oils, Lemon, Lime and Bergamot. These are just two of the many products from these popular brands to choose from and shop for on Catalog Spree.
And Sephora-savvy shoppers aren't left out in the cold. Sephora has the Benefit Cosmetics Primping with the Stars makeup collection featuring the brand's jet-black, long-wear They're Real Beyond Mascara in Black. The collection is a spoof off of the "Dancing With the Stars" reality show, so those who want to get in on the DWTS glamorous looks will definitely want to check out this collection. Ready, Set, Primp!
