Prince HarryCressida Bonas' boyfriend, will face off against Alexander Skarsgard in an upcoming South Pole charity challenge. The "True Blood" star wants to win and meet the British royal, who is also Prince William's brother.

According to People, the Swedish actor, 37, will be happy when he finally shakes hands with the royal, 29, at the finish line.

"I'm very excited to meet [Prince Harry,] Skarsgard told the magazine at the Calvin Klein Spring 2014 Collection after party in New York City on Sept. 12. "I'll be with my U.S. teammates at the South Pole welcoming him. I'll be happy to see when he arrives. We will be there first though!"

The redheaded royal and onscreen vampire will be racing to the South Pole to raise funds for the Walking with the Wounded charity in November. No matter who wins the event featuring three teams of wounded soldiers for the U.K., U.S. and Australia/Canada, Skarsgard will greet the prince in a kind manner.

"No, I'm going to give him a high-five when I meet him," Skarsgard said. "I hear he's an amazing guy. I admire him for being involved for Walking with the Wounded for a couple of years and taking the time to help wounded soldiers. It's going to be an honor to meet him."

But the nude-loving star also would like to beat Kate Middleton's brother-in-law.

"I'm pretty stubborn and motivated and I don't give up easily," Skarsgard continued. "I'm very focused on we're not going to lose!"

But Skarsgard is not the only one preparing for a win. Cressida Bonas' boyfriend has just completed training exercises in a freezing cold chamber in England to get ready for the race, reported JustJared.
