Will Smith, Jaden Smith's dad, has gone shirtless for his upcoming movie, "Focus" possibly hitting theaters in 2014. After reportedly selling home, the actor practiced fighting moves before the comedy's release date.

According to JustJared, Willow Smith's dad, 44, showed off his buff chest while on the New Orleans set of the film on Friday.

JJ also reported that Smith had shown up to set energetic and flashed his "guns" on Thursday.

The "After Earth" star appeared to be sweating in a few new movie stills taken late last week. He hydrated by drinking water while waiting to film scenes in the highly anticipated film on Thursday.

"Focus," also starring Margot Robbie, is about a veteran gifter, who takes a young and attractive woman under his wings. But things get complicated when the two become romantically involved with each other, reported JJ.

No release date is set for the comedy at this time, according to JJ.

Many rumors are circulating that Smith could sign on for the "Independence Day" sequel before "Focus" hits theaters. The sequel's director, Roland Emmerich recently opened up about the long-awaited next "Independence" installment.

"I sometimes say no, Will Smith will not be in [the movie] because he didn't want to do it at first," Emmerich said. "Now we have a meeting planned, we want to talk about it again. Anything can happen."
