Ashley Greene is no longer a natural brunette beauty, for she is now a bold blonde!

The "Twilight" star chose the perfect time to change her hair color over the summer. Many women opt to switch up their style and hues during the warmer months, and Ashley followed suit. Cameras caught the actress at the Marchesa show during New York Fashion Week on Sept. 11 with the dramatic dye job. We were shocked and stunned!

Though Ash kept her dark brown roots, she did a total 180-degree turn from what we are used to seeing atop her crown. Her heavily highlighted hair with different shades of brown and caramel pieces transformed her completely, but complemented her gorgeous skin tone.

Greene also had on a dramatic shade of purple eyeshadow and coral blush. Her eyes were lined and defined with a plum shade, her cheeks were flushed and a brown shadow was added to her brows to create a strong look, said Hollywood Life. But, simply put, Ashley's new hair stole the show.

This isn't the first time that the sweet-faced onscreen Alice Cullen has dyed her 'do. Ash became a eye-catching redhead in October 2012, rocking some fiery, raspberry-colored hair that turned heads. We loved the experimentation so much that we had to do a Beauty World News story on it.

In fact, Ash loves to flip the hair script a lot and dye her tresses in a variety of shades. "My hair's been every color under the sun," Ashley said to People last year. "I used entirely too much hair gel. It was highly flammable, extremely crunchy. I feel you could break it. It was not a good look for me."
