Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince George are still adjusting to family life. But Carole Middleton will serve as nanny for the royal baby, making the Dutchess of Cambridge's life easier.

According to Hollywood Life, Middleton's mom will soon be the royal couple's new live-in caretaker for baby George.

The royals are having a beautiful flat built for Middleton's parents in Kensington Palace. By doing so, both Carole and Michael Middleton will be close by, helping the new parents with looking after the newborn.

William is reportedly very pleased to have his in-laws live with them. In fact, William is very ecstatic about the idea, reported HL.

With Middleton's mother moving in, the couple will have someone they trust to tend to Prince George whenever needed. And Carole already has a very good bond with the new baby.

Carole spent lots of time with Prince George since he was born in July. Apparently, the baby prince's grandmother is the only one who can rock him to sleep.

But when the grandparents will be able to settle into the lavish estate remains a mystery.

The renovations might take a while and will cost $1 million for the royals. The upgrades will reportedly include two bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting room and a dining area.

The rooms will provide additional security and privacy for the grandparents when they visit their grandson.

"Separate living space is being made available for Carole and Michael Middleton withing Kensington Palace for when they come to stay," a source told the Daily Mail, reported HL. "The guest area will allow Carole and Michael to be near Kate whenever possible. William is really pleased they will be close by - he really is behind the idea."
