Kate Middleton and Prince William love their son, Prince George Alexander LouisBritain's royal couple are enjoying their first weeks with the heir to the British throne, following a baby schedule and getting used to parenthood.

According to US Weeklythe new parents are bringing up a "thoroughly modern" baby. They are living a quiet life at Middleton's parents home in Bucklebury, England after bringing home the Prince of Cambridge on July 22.

They first had to get a routine together for caring for the newborn, the celebrity news site reported.

The Duke and Dutchess have a "blissful" schedule involving waking up, tending to their son, eating and then repeating the same thing. Dinners are usually a light Italian meal whipped up by housekeeper Antonella Fresolone.

And their family meals are usually easy and quick.

"There's no special treatment," a family source told US. "William still has to help load the dishwasher after dinner. The same will apply to George when he's a grown boy."

The new mom and dad are doing everything they can to give a "happy, pressure-free" childhood to their son. And they are having so much fun raising him already.

"They're loving it," said a source close to the couple. "Every day is bringing new things to learn."

The royal couple are also doing most of everything for the future king including diaper changing and feeding. The heir is being treated so well, and might even make his acting debut in a British soap.

According to E! Online,  one of Britain's most famous TV shows, "Coronation Street" offered a starring role to the newborn prince. The royal's parents are also invited to step in front of the camera.

"It would be fantastic to get Kate [Middleton,] Prince William and George there with a pair of tiny baby scissors," said the show's creative director, John Whiston.
