Tamera Mowry-Housley candidly confessed to losing her virginity at age 29, according to E! Online.

"The Real" co-host , 35, admitted to feeling so uneasy about her first sexual experience during an interview at New York's Hot 97 radio station, "I don't know how to explain this."

She continued, "I'm religious, so I waited until I was 29 to lose my virginity. You may not understand this [but] I did it, then I felt guilty, then I became celibate until I got married."

After such an admission during the appearance with her fellow talk show co-hosts, the former "Sister & Sister" and current "Tia & Tamera" star was quick to admit to being "experienced" when it comes to bedroom skills.

She even boosted that she showed off her "breadth of knowledge" when the ladies had a sex therapist on their show.

"Guess who knew everything?" the new mom and devout Christian gloated while pointing at herself.

Mowry-Housley tied the knot with  FOX News correspondent Adam Housley in May 2011. The couple got a great new addition, baby boy Aden John Tanner, in November.
