Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are reportedly an item, again.

According to TMZ, Gomez, 20, took back her "bad-boy" ex, 19, with just one catch: Biebs must stop acting up!  The "Heartbreaker" singer was recently caught urinating in a restaurant mop bucket and screaming "F*** Bill Clinton" on tape, and the incident is none too pleasing for Gomez.

Supposedly, the "Come and Get It" singer resisted reuniting with him until he cleaned up his act.

But with spending the Fourth of July together, a source told TMZ that sparks flew and Bieber promised to start behaving better. And Gomez agreed to give their relationship another try. The celebrity news site also reported that Bieber is on his best behavior when dating Gomez; it's only when he's single that he does questionable things like swear at the paparazzi or drive recklessly. And possibly, Gomez could tame Biebs.

But though the brunette singer may be happy about reuniting, her gal pals are unhappy, according to Hollywood Life. Her best friend, Taylor Swift and others are against the reconcilation.

The couple have been on-and-off again for a long while now, but have had some tender moments. Recently, Gomez released a song, "Love Will Remember" with an old Bieber voicemail on it. Though things got rocky between the twosme, Gomez still loves the track and sent the unfinished track to her ex-beau as a Valentine's Day Gift, according to E! Online.

And Bieber was truly touched. "It was after they broke up and she told him that she wanted him to remember the better times," an insider said. "Justin was blown away by it."
