Kate Upton is seeing red after Victoria's Secret used one of her old racy photos in their lingerie catalog after the lingerie giant branded her "too obvious looking" last year.

The 20-year-old blonde beauty, who recently fought back against critics who called her curvy and graced the cover of Vogue for the first time, was shocked to discover her pose in the brand's black body bra on the catalog's back page without her permission, according to the Daily Mail.

It was quite a surprise, for a spokesperson had told the Blonde beauty that she would never use her to model their clothes.

The 2011 images of Upton were off limits. "Kate's not currently contracted to work with Victoria's Secret, and they didn't contact her before they used the images," a source told the New York Post. 

Wondering why they would use the beauty's posed photos after slamming her?

Well, the brand's model booker, Sophia Neophitou had something harsh to say about Upton to the New York Times. "We would never use Kate...She's like a footballer's wife, with the too-blond hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy."

But the mean criticism makes no difference, for Upton has rose to fashion's top ranks. After landing the cover of Sports Illustrated last year, the model has gone on to appear in everything from V Magazine to Harper's Bazaar.
