Looking to feel the glory and suspense of last night's finale of  ABC's "Scandal" again?

Well, we got a blow by blow for you that might just knock your socks off. If you though the president was the only scandalous one, think again!

Since last week's season 2 episode showed president Fitz at the eye of a media storm and Olivia dealing with a close friend's betrayal, we knew the finale would be chocked full of shocking answers and aftermath. It did not disappoint with couch arm-clutching, fast-paced action and reveals.

With the gladiators trying to figure out the mole's identity, the writers weaved the who-dun-it thread tightly early on in the episode. We learn that Billy Chambers is the rat.

So the Kerry Washington-played Olivia and the crew decide to target Defiance and get the stolen Cytron card back in some nifty mystery-solving scenes. But it just so happens that insider David took the card. Chambers tries to persuade David to give up the card to hurt Olivia.

But Huck and Ouinn are on the case, tracking down Chambers in a blood-spattered torture scene before telling Abby where to find the card only to discover that its empty.

Chambers even gets help with his diabolic plan from Governor Samuel Reston, who pressures Fitz into an indecent proposal to put him on the "Unity Ticket" ballot or he will expose everything about Defiance.

After the twists and turns, David returns the real card to Cyrus in exchange for a new U.S. attorney position.

On the relationship front, it gets very steamy between Fitz and Olivia in an opening kitchen scene. Fitz declares his love for the White House communications director-turned-crisis manager, and wants to make her first lady. He enlists Olivia's help in delivering the news to first lady Mellie in a well-versed speech, prompting her to make a graceful exit from their marriage or face public humilation.

But surprise surprise - Olivia's hot one night with Jake Ballard, who is outed as a member of an exclusive CIA unit and saves her life again, comes back to haunt her. Thanks to Cyrus, who is hospitalized for a heart attack midway through the episode, Fitz knows about what Olivia did. She then turns down his' tempting "first lady" offer, pushing her secret beau back into Mellie's arms.

And Jake is locked away in a tech-savvy dungeon by some strange men.

Then, the secret is out on Fitz and Olivia's romance as reporters swarm like bees around the crisis whiz in a beautfully done ending scene. But there's an interesting, heart-stopping twist, for Olivia's dad might have something to do with it.

Undoubtedly, fans will have a difficult time waiting for next season.
