Comète stands out for its innovative incorporation of iris, obtained from Chanel's exclusive iris pallida fields in Grasse, France, according to  Harper's Bazaar. 

Polge's creative process involved blending this rare ingredient with a daring heliotrope accord, resulting in a fragrance that unfolds uniquely on each wearer's skin.

The composition of Comète is a harmonious blend of fresh cherry blossom accord, iris, and heliotrope, culminating in a powdery, musky signature. 

Polge's attention to detail is evident in the fragrance's development, where he carefully balanced floral, powdery, and woody notes to create a luminous and comforting aura.
