Victoria's Secret annual Fashion Show 2017 will be held in Shanghai by the end of the year, as reported in WWD. This news intrigued everyone in social media this week as some VS Angels are currently on a tour in China. If the reported plans would push through, this will be the first time of the lingerie giant brand to hold its annual fashion show in Asia.

According to WWD, Victoria's Secret models Josephine Skriver, Sui He, Ming Xi and Alessandra Ambrosio are among the Angels touring in China for the opening of the brand's stores. It was reported that the brand launched its "full-assortment" store in Lippo Plaza in Shanghai which was followed by a meet and greet with the Angels last March 8. Next series of store launchings was said to be in Chengdu city.

While on tour, WWD cited that the Victoria's Secret Angels also took side trips in the famous landmarks of the city which include Yu Garden, Oriental Pearl Tower and Huangpu River. Snaps from all of the places they visited can be seen on their social media accounts. Chinese VS models Ming Xi and Sui He showed the team around.

Victoria's Secret, as mentioned in Hollywood Life, started their market expansion in China back in 2015. The brand presently has 26 stores selling their beauty products and accessories. Another flagship store of the lingerie brand located in Hong Kong was also reported to be opened this year.

Last year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show set their runway at the Grand Palais in Paris where Angels stunned everyone with their sexy looks, as said in an Elle report. 2016 VS Fashion Show was also graced by music icons Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and The Weeknd. Previous shows were held in Cannes, New York, Los Angeles, Miami and London.
