Karrueche Tran may be living the single life just months after splitting from longtime boyfriend Chris Brown, however, the model is proving that she can't be held down as she partied the night away alongside close friends Christina Milian and Quincy Combs for her 27th birthday party on May 13.

Urban Islandz reports that Tran, who hosted an all-white party for herself and friend Joey on Wednesday night at the STK Steakhouse in West Hollywood, partied the night away days before her actual birthday on the 17th, however, sources reveal that the model has no plans of stopping the celebration as the weekend approaches.

"Karrueche has had a rough year and she is just letting her hair down and going all out for her birthday which will be all week this week and then a big bash on the weekend," a source close to Tran reveals of the model's birthday celebration.

Tran posted several photos of the bash, including a few that show her being swept off of her feet by a young man, however, Tran's ex-boyfriend Brown was not confirmed to be in attendance at the bash.

The news comes only days after Brown took to Instagram to thank fans for all of their support and love for his own birthday on May 5, where he also gave ex Tran a shout out for her upcoming birthday on Sunday.

The loving post instantly sparked romance rumors for the former couple, suggesting that perhaps Brown would surprise his ex with a special gift or gesture on her actual birthday. However, sources reveal that once Tran heard about Brown's attempts to hint to the media that they may be back together, she took to Twitter to dispel the rumors on her own.

"A rumor is simply just that...a rumor," the model wrote on May 8, just days after Brown sent her love via Instagram.

Rumors continue to swirl regarding the possibility of Brown making an appearance at Tran's birthday bash this weekend, with some outlets even suggesting that the "Loyal" singer may propose to his ex in the hopes of winning her back, however, those reports have not been confirmed.
