The fourth child in seven years of marriage for "19 Kids and Counting" stars Josh and Anna Duggarwill be a girl! The young couple documented the happy news with a gender reveal party during a trip to visit the extended Duggar family in Arkansas.

While still at their home in Washington D.C., Anna Duggar asked an ultrasound technician to come to their house so her younger children could see their youngest sibling without having to take them to a doctor's office. The tech then wrote down their latest child's gender and gave it to the couple, who said they would reveal it during a family trip to visit Josh's parents, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar.

"I want mommy to have a little girl because we have two boys and I need another little sister," said Josh and Anna's oldest daughter Mackynzie said, as detailed by People Magazine.

Josh and Anna planned a solo trip to California for some quality time prior to the birth of their child, so they packed up their three children and visited the Duggar Arkansas homestead where the children would be tended to while they were away on vacation.

During the trip, the twosome also visited Ben and Jessa Seewald, who are now living in the home where Josh and Anna resided when they were newlyweds. Two of their children were born in that home, which made the short visit sentimental for the reality show couple.

After a relaxing and romantic vacation, Josh and Anna returned to Arkansas. What they didn't know was that the family had hired party planner and family friend Sierra to coordinate a gender reveal party specifically for the happy couple. Watch the video here.

Josh and Anna arrived to discover homemade signs lining the road as they drove up to the Duggar homestead, where the flock of pink and blue flamingos awaited them on the lawn. It was during a snowfall of paper confetti that the happy news was revealed to the couple, they were having their second girl!
