Rihanna and Drake may be one of Hollywood's hottest on-again, off-again couples, so it's no surprise that when photographers caught the duo hanging out in a NYC studio last week, dating rumors heated up. To make matters more interesting, Rihanna was also caught on video giving her ex-flame a hug during a recent nightclub appearance, does this mean the musical duo are back together?

Urban Islandz reports that as photos confirm that Rihanna and Drake are back in the studio making new music following their smash hits "Take Care" and "What's My Name?", dating rumors have begun plaguing the former couple who dated briefly in 2014 before calling it quits in the Summer. After days of speculation, sources close to Rihanna weigh-in on the possibility that she's back with rapper ex Drake following speculation that tied the "Diamonds" singer to former flame Chris Brown.

Rihanna insiders reveal that the songstress is currently working on a new song with Drake that will appear on her highly anticipated new album, allegedly titled "R8," which is reportedly set to hit stores later this year.

A source reveals to the site, "RiRi and Drake has always been close friends even if they are not dating and being one of the hottest rapper on the planet a collaboration between them will be a hit."

In addition, the source adds that Kanye West, who collaborated with the singer on her smash hit with Paul McCartney, "FourFiveSeconds," is working on the anticipated track as well.

"Kanye West is the producer behind the song but there are no details apart from they have been doing some recording in New York," the Rihanna source concludes.

The news comes only days after Rihanna made headlines for her alleged rekindled romance with Leonardo DiCaprio after the duo were seen partying at the same NYC nightclub earlier this week.

Despite the rumors, sources close to Rihanna have denied that the "Wolf of Wall Street" actor has ever dated the Bajan pop star and insists that the duo remain close friends.

Do you think Rihanna and Drake would ever get back together?
