Rihanna returns to Instagram on Sunday, Nov. 2 with two new posts, a self-portrait and a cartoon, USA News reported.

Almost six months to the day since her last post, Rihanna brings her Instagram account back to life with two new posts on Sunday.

Rihanna's first Instagram post showed a self-portrait of her leaning backwards near a kitchen sink and was captioned: "Hellurrr #badgalback."

She followed that with a second post on the same day of a stick-figure drawing of a girl in a black bikini and pink heels holding hands with an Instagram icon.

"#RIHunited #badgalback @instagRam," she wrote.

Rihanna stopped using her Instagram account last May after having some of her photos flagged for nudity, Daily Mail claimed.

The singer's hiatus from the site started after she shared a picture of herself on the cover of French magazine Lui. In the picture, Rihanna was topless and wearing only a hat and pink panties.

She was forced to remove the picture after temporarily being banned, as Instagram did not allow sexually suggestive photos in their site or those containing partial nudity.

"On Monday we briefly disabled the account by mistake and restored it quickly," a representative for the site told MTV News. "But I can confirm that we have not deleted the account subsequently."

Rihanna's account went back online after the picture was deleted, but the singer became more active on Twitter instead and shared photos and status updates with her 37 million followers.

Rihanna and her picture posts also caused a stir in Abu Dhabi on October 2013 when she posted a picture of herself in front of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center, according to CNN. A few men from Phuket, Thailand were also arrested following her picture post of herself with an endangered primate during a trip to Thailand for a few days off between her Diamonds World Tour.

Despite parting ways temporarily, Instagram welcomed her on the day of her return through a tweet from their official Twitter account.

"Welcome back @rihanna! #RIHunited #badgalback" the tweet stated.
