Owain Yeoman is going to be a father!

The 36-year-old Welsh actor, best known for his role as Agent Wayne Rigsby on CBS' police procedural TV series "The Mentalist," is set to welcome his first child with wife Gigi Yallouz next year, his manager confirmed to People.

"We are overjoyed to announce our pregnancy!" the couple, who just celebrated their first wedding anniversary last month, told People.  "Obviously this is big news for our French bulldog Cash, who up until now has been an only child. We are pretty certain the baby was made in Wales and that definitely made Owain, a proud Welshman, extremely happy!"

"We feel so blessed to share this fantastic news and are excited to start this new chapter in our life," added the couple.

Following his official statements, Yeoman took to his Instagram page to post a sonogram photo with the following caption: "The greatest gift @gigiyeoman ever gave me or technically that we made together!! Never have I loved someone soo much that I am still yet to meet! #babyyeoman #pregnant #babymomma #expecting #twolovesofmylife #daddy #ultrasound."

Yeoman married jewelry designer Yallouz at a private estate in Malibu, Calif. on September 7, 2013, E! News reported.

Yeoman was previously married to actress Lucy Davis from December 2006 to October 2011, according to Daily Mail. The former couple was permitted to marry at St Paul's Cathedral, London because Davis' father Robert, better known by his stage name Jasper Carrott, had been awarded an OBE in the New Year's Honors in 2002.

After starring for six seasons on "The Mentalist," Yeoman had a recurring role opposite Halle Berry on CBS' sci-fi drama, "Extant." He will next be seen in the role of Benedict Arnold in the second season of AMC's revolutionary war series, "Turn: Washington's Spies."

Yeoman also just finished filming for the upcoming biographical action movie "American Sniper," which is based on Chris Kyle's autobiography of the same name. The flick, which is slated for a Dec. 25 release, also stars Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller, Luke Grimes, Kyle Gallner, Sam Jaeger, Jake McDorman and Cory Hardrict.
