Kesha said that Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald never had sex with her nor gave her drugs in a deposition in 2011, which was revealed on Tuesday, Reuters reported.

Christine Lepara had asked a New York state judge to unseal the deposition by Kesha, which was granted on Tuesday. It has revealed that the alleged drug and sexual abuse never took place.

The deposition came from an unrelated case from 2011, where Kesha and her mother were fighting for Gottwald to release the singer from her contract. The statement contradicts the 27-year-old singer's lawsuit filed in the previous week.

Lepara had hinted in a statement in the previous week that another piece of evidence would provide more than her client's word that the abuse never took place at all, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The agency has previously posted a copy of the deposition.

Gottwald proceeded to get the testimony unsealed because he claims Kesha and her mother's allegations was part of an extortion scheme to get her released from an exclusive recording contract.

Mark Geragos, Kesha's lawyer, said that his client was forced to lie at the time of the deposition due to alleged threats coming from the music producer, according to the NY Daily News.

Geragos emphasises paragraph 24 of Kesha's lawsuit and insists that his client was scared to talk about the truth at that time that the document can't be the sole basis. Kesha's credibility is in question as the sworn testimony disproves any claims of the alleged assault.

"Luke's latest legal maneuver comes as no surprise," Geragos told E! News. "It's a desperate Hail Mary and a pathetic attempt to once again blame his victim."

Geragos claimed that Gottwald's latest legal strategy is adesperate attempt to turn the tables against the singer. "Unfortunately, protecting abusers out of fear happens all too often with battered women," Geragos said.

Kesha has said that she and Dr. Luke had shared a bed at least once, but the singer is confident that they never had an "intimate relationship" and that she never received a "roofie" from the doctor, according to the documents.

Gottwald recently counter-sued Kesha and her mother of defamation, breach of contract and contractual interference, according to People.
