Hilary Duff is definitely back in the game! After releasing her single "Chasing the Sun," the 26-year-old singer-actress is now ready to move on with another track, which has a music video that is currently in the works. However, Duff admitted in a recent interview that she'd be glad to go back to her roots and do her hit Disney show once again, Us Weekly has learned.

In an interview with Huffington Post, Duff was asked whether she's considering a reunion project for her well-received Disney show "Lizzie McGuire" that premiered in January 2001 and wrapped up in February 2004.

"Would you pay money for that?" the former teen idol asked the interviewer in return. "In a heartbeat," the latter responded.

"I love it! I would be totally open to it. My schedule is a little busy right now. But um ... why not?" the recording artist then quipped.

Haylie Duff's sister is actually pretty busy at the moment as she is filming her new show "Younger," which is slated for a January premiere on TV Land.

"I mean, so many people loved her," the actress said of the titular character. "I loved her. Honestly, working on that show, I got so strong with my physical comedy and all the things that they would throw at me. I got covered in goo every week, and I got, like, smashed in the face with a locker every single week."

Despite all of the comical things she had to do for the live-action teen sitcom, Duff claims that she really loved doing it because it's fun.

"I mean it was a really, really fun show. And obviously people really loved her. Maybe a 'Lizzie: Where Are You Now?' like 10 years later," she said.

Meanwhile, aside from her new show, Duff is also busy working on her upcoming music video for her new single "All About You," reported E! News.

On Instagram, she teased about the music video with a snap of her holding a piece of paper that says, "ALL ABOUT YOU'  music video premiere September 24th!!!"

She then captioned the photo, "Get excited...the #allaboutyou music video premieres next Wednesday 9/24 on Vevo!"

In a separate post, she revealed that she's already down to the final step of editing her music video.

"Making final edits on #allaboutyou so excited to share @dwhitebloom I love it X," she captioned a teaser clip.

Previously, Duff's first album after her seven-year absence from the music scene is set to be released this October. However, the "Cinderella Story" star, who appeared with a cleavage-baring strapless leather mini-dress at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Saturday, announced on Twitter this week that her fans will have to wait until October, noted Daily Mail.

"Guys, hate to break this news but the album won't be out in October... You will have to wait a few more months. Love all the excitement tho [sic]," she tweeted.
