Australian rapper Iggy Azalea is allegedly featured in a sex tape for which she has been offered a deal, according to a report by gossip site TMZ.

Steven Hirsch, founder and co-chairman of adult entertainment company Vivid Entertainment, told TMZ that he has seen footage of the alleged intimate video. He said the woman in the video appears to be the rapper and with a former boyfriend.

Hirsch also said he has contacted Azalea's camp to open negotiations for a deal, which is said to involve a seven-figure offer.

The rapper, however, has denied appearing in a sex tape. Furthermore, her camp is ready to file charges if a video purporting to feature Azalea is ever released, according to TMZ.

Azalea, who is currently in a relationship with Los Angeles Lakers player Nick Young, took to Twitter to address the supposed video.

"Obviously I've seen the news feed today and I just want to say... I don't have a sex tape but for the record... Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else's intimate moments against her will is a sex offender," Azalea said in a series of tweets, as gathered by Billboard.

"It honestly makes me sick to see the media encourage any other attitude towards those sorts of people, we should want to protect our women," she continued.

In its report, TMZ says: "Of course, without signing on it, the vid can't be legally released. It also means she won't collect years and years of mailbox money."

It also mentions that Hirsch has told the gossip website that judging by what he has seen of the video, it could surpass the commercially released sex tape of famous celebrity Kim Kardashian with her then-boyfriend, rapper Ray J.

Sex videos released for profit are not uncommon among celebrities, as noted by the Daily Mail. In addition to Kardashian, Farrah Abraham of the MTV show "Teen Mom," actress Pamela Anderson and socialite Paris Hilton, among others, have sold or authorized the commercial release of sex tapes featuring them.
