It's going to happen! Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg are walking the aisle to exchange their wedding vows "this weekend," Daily Mail has learned.

Almost four months after McCarthy revealed her engagement to the "Blue Bloods" actor, they are finally sealing the deal through a glamorous ceremony with their closest family and friends in New York.

"They are getting married this weekend and their friends and Donnie's family are flying to New York for the ceremony," a source said.

McCarthy, who recently exited ABC's daytime talk show "The View," hinted in July that she was already rushing to find the perfect wedding gown for the big day.

The 42-year-old former Playboy model and the 45-year-old television and film actor admitted that they have been struggling to cut down their guest list since they have lots and lots of relatives from their separate clans.

"The hardest part is we have to cut down the wedding list, because the place we're getting married at, it's very boutique. With Donnie's 800 relatives - yes, 800. I've got 6,000 McCarthys," McCarthy gushed last month.

"It's going to be hard to really cut down that list so I'm trying to make sure the core group is there," she added at the time.

McCarthy, who has a 12-year-old son Evan from her previous marriage to John Mallory Asher, admitted that she wants her wedding reception to be "elegant and pretty."

This is the second marriage for the two. Donnie was previously married to Kim Fey and they even share two sons, Xavier, 21, and Elijah, 13.

During the April 16 episode of "The View" McCarthy surprised everyone when she announced her engagement to Wahlberg, according to Hollywood Life.

"I just got engaged ... It's a yellow sapphire!" she said at the time. "He understands my work schedule and he has his and I get it. And we're both single parents and he's trying to juggle all of that while I am too."

On Aug. 7, McCarthy and Sherri Shepherd finally bid goodbye to "The View" during their final live episode, following last month's announcement that they are departing from the talk show, reported New York Daily News.

"I only took a little time but I definitely enjoyed every second of 'The View,'" McCarthy said during her emotional farewell.
