American chopper maker Harley-Davidson recently unveiled the 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low touring motorcycle, according to Empire State Tribune.

According to the company, the Electra Glide was designed to cater to female riders and those with small frames.

Noticeably smaller compared to its predecessors, the 2015 model is equipped with a new suspension system which reduces the bike's overall center of gravity. This design makes the motorcycle more controllable and maneuverable for smaller riders, Motorbike Writer reported.

Aside from manageability, the suspension system is adjustable to accommodate the rider's needs. By controlling the air pressure, riders can easily adjust according to road conditions and the weight of their payloads.

"It's all about rider and passenger comfort and setting your bike to fit your taste - the easy way," the company said in its website.

The seat height of the latest Electra Glide stands at 25.6 inches, making it almost two inches shorter than previous models.

"The bike provides the lowest seat height and the highest rider confidence available in a premium touring bike," Harley-Davidson said in a press release.

Aside from the height of the chopper, the 2015 model also has more compact dimensions. The bike's handlebar is closer to the rider by two inches compared to other models, making it more reachable.

In addition, the handlebar is equipped with smaller hand grips to reduce finger extension when using the clutch and brake levers.

Smaller riders will also not have a hard time reaching the kickstand due to the toe tab extension.

The 2015 Electra Glide bikes are also installed with a security system that automatically arms the unit's electronic security functions.

Aside from building smaller bikes to accommodate more riders in the U.S., the company is also targeting to market its latest product to India and China, according to LA Times.

In addition to the 2015 Electra Glide, the company also unveiled the latest models of its Road Glide, CVO Street Glides, CVO Road Glide Ultras and Freewheeler Trike line of products.
