The casting call for the latest installment to the "James Bond" film franchise revealed details about the project's iconic henchman, MI6 reported.

Currently dubbed as "James Bond 24," the new film will feature a villain that will closely resemble those from previous "Bond" movies. According to the announcement, the production team hopes to unveil a new villain that will be as iconic as the Jaws and Oddjob characters from past films.

Based on the casting call, the character will be given the name Hinx and he will serve as the film's main assassin or henchman. Given his character background, Hinx will have several fight scenes with the titular character as well as car chase sequences, according to James Bond Radio.

Standing at six feet and two inches, members from the production team are looking for someone who is athletic and has extensive background in sports.

Aside from being an athlete, those who have an unusual physical appearance will be highly considered by the casting crew.

Based on the description provided by the casting call, the character of Hinx certainly resonates with Jaws and Oddjob, Cinema Blend reported.

In Sean Connery's 1964 film "Goldfinger," Oddjob is the Korean assassin, bodyguard and all-around servant of the main antagonist.

Played by Olympic weightlifter Harold Sakata, Oddjob's weapon of choice is his bowler hat with a sharpened steel rim. His hat, which he can throw accurately, is strong and sharp enough to decapitate a stone statue.

As for Jaws, the character was played by Richard Dawson Kiel and appeared in Roger Moore's "The Spy Who Loved Me" from 1977 and "Moonraker" from 1979.

Jaws became popular among movie fans due to his strong cog-like teeth which the character uses to bite through almost anything. With Kiel standing at more than seven feet, Jaws was considered as one of the most imposing villains from the "James Bond" film franchise.

Based on the revelations of the "James Bond 24" casting call, it seems Daniel Craig's 007 will have an opportunity to go up against a potentially iconic movie villain.
