Almost a year ago it was announced that Megan Fox was expecting her baby boy Bodhi and it was at the same time in which the actress was in the middle of shooting "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles."

According to E! News, during a chat with the mother of two (sons Noah and Bodhi with husband Brian Austin Green) at Comic-Con in San Diego, California on Thursday, the 28-year-old actress opened up about being pregnant while shooting the Nickelodeon Movies film.

She explained, "You're kind of fragile in the first trimester."

The brunette beauty continued, "You have to watch the heat that you're exposed to and you're supposed to sleep extra. There's no time or room for that when you're filming a movie, so it's a little stressful."

However, Megan Fox admitted that the cast and crew made sure she was well taken care of. The former "Transformers" star revealed, "Everyone, as a team, had to unite and make sure that I was safe and healthy all the time."

She added, "It added a little bit of an extra challenge, but I don't think it took away from the experience on screen."

Fox gave birth to her baby boy in February but had no problem flashing her flat stomach during her Comic-Con appearance in a David Koma leather ensemble.

However, she admitted that losing the baby weight didn't happen as quickly and easy as she thought it would.

She said, "Let me tell you: the first time I didn't do anything. I was just lucky and I was younger," adding, "The second time it wasn't coming off the same way."

In order to get the weight off she had to eliminate bread from her diet and revealed that she is on a high protein, low carbohydrate, low sugar diet.
