Justin Bieber will not go to jail after his egg throwing incident. The "Baby" crooner accepted a plea deal to avoid doing time, and will instead attend anger management classes. Biebs will also pay $80,900 in damages, and complete five days of community service.

"Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music," his reps told Mail Online.

Anger management will last 12 weeks with one meeting per week. He was also ordered to stay 100 yards from the neighbor in question and his family.

We learned last month Bieber pled guilty to reckless driving after his Miami DUI debacle. All other charges were dismissed and he was able to avoid probation. The judge originally wanted Biebs to create an anti-drug PSA, which his legal team felt was inappropriate.

They also rejected drug and alcohol classes, as Bieber does not have a substance abuse problem.

It looks like Bieber lucked out with legal woes. He also avoided a felony charge after allegedly stealing a woman's phone at Sherman Oaks Castle Park.

He is also making headlines in his personal life lately. After briefly reuniting with on/off flame Selena Gomez, the bad boy was spotted with Chantel Jeffries and more recently model Yovanna Ventura.

Cops were called twice to his Beverly Hills home last week while partying with Johnny Manziel and Tyga. They first arrived after a noise complaint, which they complied with by lowering the music, and they were called back after a group a fans were causing a ruckus outside. No harm done!
